I say that they could've divided Feast into two linked episodes, something like Heroes' Day on season two. Yes, we got the past of Fu, but I feel that they wasted the chance of a two parter. I'm not saying feast didn't have it, but I feel it was a bit lacking. Every episode has something good about it, it has something special. I was waiting for a couple of episodes before September Desperada, Reflekdoll, Startrain, Kwamibuster, and Felixand when I watched the first episodes of September, my expectations were pretty high to say the least, and Feast was just there. I'd say it was because 1: they weren't really working together as a team this was mostly Lady Noire 2: they weren't playing to their own strengths but rather trying to imitate what the other would do. In this episode, Dragonbug was doing most of the fighting and provided a protective water dome while SnakeNoir had to figure out a way to defeat Miracle Queen and she was following his lead.
Ladybug is the one with the plan while Cat Noir is the fighter, her protection, and he follows her instructions. It was simply that he was too distracted and unable to think of anything but winning Ladybug over. So his unsuccessfulness in Desperada wasn't because he was ill-suited for that Miraculous. He actually used the power quite well, only needing 3 tries in total before figuring out a way to defeat Miracle Queen. This time he was able to focus on the task at hand.
